Any confirmed reservations stay under the current manager until they’re complete. Once photos are ready, we can relaunch the listing (typically within 24–48 hours) and begin taking new bookings for open dates.

Once you have completed the onboarding form it can take anywhere from 1-3 days to acquire photos and launch your new listing.

We are always on the lookout for great cleaners! We would be happy to continue utilizing them.

On full service we will handle the entire situation and keep you in the loop.

Expect closing costs, inspection fees, moving expenses, and possible repairs or upgrades after purchase.

We review HOA and local regulations before onboarding. Management is adjusted or declined if restrictions don't allow short-term rentals.

Reviews remain attached to your existing listing. If you change managers, they stay on the platform profile. We can request Airbnb to review or remove clearly unjustified reviews when documentation supports the claim, but final decisions are made by Airbnb.

Airbnb and VRBO usually collect and remit state and local occupancy taxes automatically. We confirm this setup during onboarding and keep records aligned with platform reporting.
